The STLY library stocks current science journals, research publications in addition to regular reference titles. It contains a wide range of books, videos, CDs and electronic databases. Digital library & video conference enables instant access to information to students and staff anytime.

Sports at SSCET is an integral part of the curriculum in terms of character building and development of leadership qualities.

SSCET offers extensive facilities for sports&games. The College boasts of extensive playing fields for cricket ,volleyball , throwball. Indoor facilities include facilities for Carroms ,Chess ,Table Tennis Badminton ,etc. One student of our college has been selected to the JNTU Volley Ball Team.

The Students are encouraged to participate in various sports and games for their individual development. Separate playgrounds for boys and girls are available for playing various games.

Students, staff and guests can avail the facility of the canteen. Simple, sumptuous, hygienic food is provided at in house canteen at subsidised rates.

The Institution also provides transport facility to the students who come from a far distance for their convienience.
Their are three bus routes covering all the stages from Sec'bad, Ameerpet, Gachibowli. One route is from Sec'bad which passes from kukatpally and even cover BHEL MIG.
The other is from Ameerpet which covers Gachibowli and BHEL HIG.
The other is from KPHB covering Lingampally, Ashok nagar, Patancheru.

The Institution provides Hostel for the students who stay far from their native place.
Their is seperate hostel for Boys and Girls.
Boys Hostel is located with in the campus and their food is provided from the college canteen itself.
The Hostel for boys is provided with an area of 150 Sq.m.
Girls Hostel is at RCPuram. Girls Hostel is combined for TRR Group of Institutions.
The Hostels are provided with very good facilities and hygenic food for the students.

The records and related data of the institution must be audited regularly which leads to the progress of the Institution. Our Institution has appointed a management representive for the
maintainance of all the norms, records, reports, formats prescribed by the ISO and should present satisfactorily during audit for renewal.

Staff club is an activity for the staff of our institution. Under this club the cultural and recreational programs for the staff members is organized. This club encourages the staff members to participate in different programs held in the institution.

The staff club also includes welcome and farewells to the staff . When ever a new faculty member is appointed in the college a heartly welcome is given by the staff club on behalf of the staff members and make him/her to be friendly to the institution. The activities done by the staff club creates a mutual understanding among the faculty which leads towards the success of the institution.

Girls born in today's india are very fortunate. They enjoy every bit of reverence they are shown by others in general and a special privilege wndowned on them by the govt. in particular. Yet in a conservative state like India we do feel at times that they need to be taken more care and shown more concern comparitively.
