Today's world is just unimaginanle without computers.Computers are undoubtedly became an indispensable part of our life. Computer Science department is an interdisciplinary field where the majority of our faculty have good experience in their respective fields.
Department of Computer Science Engineering is fast growing and is full of rigorous practical analysis. The department has well equipped laboratories.
Under the leadership of Mr.Vishwapathy Pujala the department is making its progress in advanced technology and logical reasoning is stressed in all practical applications. |
Departmental Operations
Computer Science and Engineering Department had taken up many operations for the students which include Labs, Seminars, Associations, Internet, etc., All these operations are held under the leadership of Department Head Mr.Vishwapathy Pujala.

Faculty maintains a friendly relationship with the students so as to make them more interactive and reveal their difficulties. Faculty even conduct counselings for the students and equires about the problems of the students in the class as well as in the laboratories. They take care of students performance and attendence.
Computer science lab
Apart from the theoritical knowledge students even require practical knowledge which is very important for their technical developmant. The Main motto of the Computer Science Engineering Department is to impart practical knowledge to the students along with theory. The Department is fully equipped with the laboratory facilities required for the student to do practicals.

Associations
Computer Science Engineering Department is condutiong associations for the students to develop their communication skills.
The department has divided the students of a class into several batches each batch consisting of 3 members and has provided slots for the students where the students have to select a topic of thier intrest and present themselves in the slot provided.
This activity is being strictly followed by the deparment.
Seminars
Computer Science Engineering Department has organized Guest Seminars by well experienced people for the develpoment of the students technical and communication skills in the current technology, so as to make students compitative in the rapid growing technology.

The department of ECE is a major strength of the institute. The department has an excellent group of faculty having years of teaching and industry experience.
The mix up of acedemic and the industry background has made the institute unique one. This has been facilitating the college to interact with the industry and R & D institute both private and government to promote industry visits and invited talks from R & D specialists. A list of the faculty strength is given in annexure.
The college although is only of 3 years on its formation, has already establishment laboratories with complete set of laboratories experiment kits,test equipments fully conformed to the syllabus of the JNTU. |

The Department primary motto is to impart practical and hands-on knowledge to the students along with theory to enable the students to acquire overall concept in their persuit. The department is equipped with complete lab facilities with experiment kits, test equipments and other associalted infrastructure. The Department has full fledged circuit labs EDC, ECA, LDIC, PDC, MICROPROCESSORS LAB( both for eCE and CSE), COMMUNICATION LABS )Analog and Digital) nad an ECAD LAB (under setup).

Industrial Visits
In order to widen the knowledge level of the students, the department periodically arranges visits to the local industries. Foe example, the visit to M/S ASTRA MICROWAVES PVT.LTD, at HYD on 21st October 2005, timed on completion of Antennas & Wave Propagation syallabus of 3rd Yera ECE has beenvery illuminating to the students on acquiringa clear perception on industry thier product and manufacturing methods. Furthet visits are being planned in 2nd Sen to VLSI related organization e.g. GATEC, ANURAG etc., The facilities having maintained continuous intearctions with private and government companies is facilitating to great in organizing such visits. In fact some of the companies have accepted to enlist the ECE deaprtment of teh college for their campus recruitment.
Looking Ahead
The recent extension of the colleg building has facilitatyed to plans independent labs for present and future lab requiremnts of the department e.g. seperate ECAD and MICROPROCESSORS LABS are being planned and also full fledged MICROWAVE and OPTICAL COMMUNICATION LAQBS are planned.
